How to login ?
I am unable to login. How to reset my password?
How to schedule meetings with mentors ?
  • Go to the mentors page
  • Book free time slots of mentors.
  • You may also contact mentors to request meetings or time slots.
  • Mentors may also create meeting without time slots.
How the meeting page works ?
  • Platform generates meeting pages if you book or schedule a meeting.
  • You can take meeting notes and join the video calls on the meeting pages.
How to acccess the meeting pages ?
  • You may find your all meetings on the homepage.
  • Click on a meeting card to reach out the meeting page.
How are the meetings held ?
  • Mentors usually define the meeting location or online call tool.
  • Please check the meeting location on the meeting page. ( left side )
  • You may see a link like Open Video Call, Go to Jitsi Call or Go to Zoom Call .
  • All members of the startup can attend the meeting.
  • Please contact your mentor before the meeting to make the location or video call tool clear.
How to contact mentors ?

Direct message :

  • Go to the Mentors page and click the message icon of a mentor.


Meeting notes :

  • You can take meeting notes on the meeting pages. We'll send your note to your mentor.

Email and phone :

  • Click on a mentor profile image to see the contact details of the mentor.
How to integrate my Google or Outlook calendar ?
  •  Go to the Account Settings page via top-right menu.
  • Connect your calendars to sync your meetings.
How to change time zone and language ?

Go to the General Settings via left menu to change your time zone.

How to change my password and email ID ?
  • Go to the Account Settings page via left menu.

TIPS

  • The email you wrote in the account settings section and the email on your profile page may differ.
  • The email you write in the profile settings section is for other people to see.
  • The email in the account settings section is for you to use when log in the platform.
  • Thus, you can ensure that your private e-mail address is not known by everyone.
How to reach out to my profile ?
  • Go to the "View Profile" page via top-right menu.
  • You may also use this page to edit edditional info that provided by the program.
How to edit my profile ?
  • Go to the "Profile Settings" page via top-right menu.
