How to accept mentee requests?
- Go to the "Mentees" page
- Check the requests that are located on the right-side of the page.
- Accept a request.
What happens if I accept or decline a mentee request?
If you accept a mentee request :
- The accepted mentee will receive an email about the connection made.

If you reject a mentee request :
- Once you reach your mentee limit, the other mentees will receive an email notification as "not accepted" by email.

How to schedule meetings with mentees ?
OPTION 1 : SCHEDULE USING SESSIONS LIST
- Go to the Mentees page.
- Click on a mentee profile.
- You may also click "View Profile & Meet" button to go to the mentee profile.
- Click on a session and schedule the meeting.
OPTION 2 : ADD TIME SLOTS
- Click on "Add time slots" button on the left menu.
- Mentees book meetings using your available time slots.
- We are sending emails about your availabilities to your mentees.
Where are my time slots? How to edit them ?
- Go to your profile page via left menu. ( View profile )
- Click on "MY AVAILABILITY" tab.
- It is possible to delete time slots using trash bin icon on the right.
How does the meeting page work ?
- Platform generates meeting pages if you book or schedule a meeting.
- You can take meeting notes and join the video calls on the meeting pages.
How to access the meeting pages ?
- You may find all your meetings on the homepage.
- Click on a meeting card to reach to the the meeting page.
How are the meetings held ?
- Mentors define the meeting method. (Online or face to face)
- Please check the meeting location on the meeting page. ( left side )
- You may join the video call if the location looks like Go to Zoom Call or Go to Jitsi Call for the meeting.
- Please contact your mentee before the meeting to decide on the medium of communication for the meeting.
How to CANCEL a meeting ?
- Go to the meeting page via the homepage.
- For past meetings >>> Click : "Notify that meeting didn't occur"
- For upcoming meetings >>> Click : "Cancel the meeting"
How to contact mentees ?
Direct message :
- Go to the mentee profile.
- Send message to a mentee.
Meeting notes :
- You can take meeting notes on the meeting pages.
- If your keep your note as public, we'll send your note to your mentee.
Before and After Meeting Notes :
- You can respond to the prompts that have been added before and after each session.
- Mentees will see your answers on the meeting page only.
Email and phone :
- Click on an entreprenur profile image to see the contact details of the user.
- You may send email or you make a phone call.
How to connect my Google or Outlook CALENDAR ?
- Go to the Account Settings page via top-right menu.
- Connect your calendars to sync your meetings.
How to connect my ZOOM account ?
- Go to the Account Settings page via top-right menu.
- Connect your Zoom account.
- It's possible to create automated Zoom links for the meetings.
How to change time zone and language ?
Go to the General Settings via left menu to change your time zone.
How to change my PASSWORD and email ID ?
- Go to the Account Settings page via left menu.
TIPS
- The email you wrote in the account settings section and the email on your profile page may differ.
- The email you write in the profile settings section is for other people to see.
- The email in the account settings section is for you to use when log in the platform.
- Thus, you can ensure that your private e-mail address is not known by everyone.
How to edit/access my profile ?
- Go to the "My Info" page via left menu.
- Edit your profile details.
- And save.
