How to schedule meetings with startups ?

Time Slots

  • Left Menu > My Available Times > Add Time Slots
  • Startups book meetings using your available time slots.
  • We send email notifications about your availabilities to startups that follow you.

Or Create Meeting

  • You can create meetings without adding time slots.
  • Click on "Create Meeting" button and select a startup to schedule a meeting.
  • You can schedule meeting with startups that follow you.
Where are my time slots? How to edit them ?
  • Go to "My Available Times" page via left menu.
  • You can add date spesific time slots or recurring time slots.
How the meeting page works ?
  • Platform generates meeting pages if you book or schedule a meeting.
  • You can take meeting notes and join the video calls on the meeting pages.
How to reach out to the meeting pages ?
  • You may find your all meetings on the homepage.
  • Click on a meeting card to reach out the meeting page.
How are the meetings held ?
  • Mentors usually define the meeting method. (Online or face to face)
  • Please select the meeting location on the meeting page. ( left side )
  • You may join the video call if the location looks like Go to Zoom Call or Go to Jitsi Call for the meeting.
  • All members of the startup can attend the meeting.
  • Please contact team members before the meeting to make the location or video call tool clear.
How to CANCEL a meeting ?
  • Go to the meeting page via the homepage.
  • For past meetings >>> Click : "Notify that meeting didn't occur"
  • For upcoming meetings >>> Click : "Cancel the meeting"
How to contact startups ?

Direct message :

  • Go to the startup profile.
  • Send message to an entrepreneur.

Meeting notes :

  • You can take meeting notes on the meeting pages.
  • We'll send your note to the members of the startups.

Email and phone :

  • Click on an entreprenur profile image to see the contact details of the user.
  • You may send email or you make a phone call.
How to connect my Google Calendar, Outlook.com  Calendar, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom account ?
  •  Go to the Integration Settings page via top-right menu.
  • Connect your calendars to sync your meetings.
  • Connect your video accounts
How to change time zone and language ?

Go to the General Settings via left menu to change your time zone.

How to change my PASSWORD and email ID ?
  • Go to the Account Settings page via left menu.

TIPS

  • The email you wrote in the account settings section and the email on your profile page may differ.
  • The email you write in the profile settings section is for other people to see.
  • The email in the account settings section is for you to use when log in the platform.
  • Thus, you can ensure that your private e-mail address is not known by everyone.
How to see and edit my profile ?

Go to the "My Info" page via left menu.
