What are the important things should I know? 
  • In this program, only matched mentors and mentees see each other.



  • This is a structured mentoring program.


  • The topics of the meetings you need to schedule will appear on your mentee's profile.



  • Please check your time zone settings.



  • Your device time zone and your mentor account time zone should be same.


Why I need to use this platform ?
  • Program managers need to get information about your meetings in order to follow your mentoring program.

  • Thanks to this platform, all mentors and mentees can be followed easily.

  • For this reason, we kindly ask you to save all your mentoring meetings on the platform.

  • Thus, there will be no need to call or e-mail all the mentors one by one.

  • As a mentor, you will be able to follow all your mentoring activities on a single platform.
What should I do for a successful mentoring process ?

1- Complete your profile information.

2- Communicate with your mentee.

3- Schedule your meetings and fill out the meeting forms.

4- Give feedback to program management.

How can I contact my mentees?
  • You can use the best way for the communication.
  • It's possible to send direct message on the platform.
  • Or you can take meeeting notes.
  • We are sending your notes by email to your mentee

Matching

How does the matching process work?

Your admins pair mentors and mentees.

You don't need to do anything to get paired.

Please fill your user profile and keep it updated.

You admins may need your profile details.

How to reach out to mentee's profile?

Please check your homepage.

You'll see the "My Pairs" widget to list your mentees.

You may also go to the "Mentees" page to check your all mentees.

I couldn't see my mentee yet.

Please contact your program admins to get paired.

Your admins may need time or more details to complete the matching proces..

Login Details

I'm unable to login. How to reset my password?

You can see the "Reset my password" section in the link provided for mentoring/coaching program (organization) management.

Your organization provides the login link.

How to change my PASSWORD and email ID ?

Left Menu > Profile & Settings > Change Password & Email

How to edit/access my profile ?

Left Menu > Profile & Settings > Click on your name to access your profile page.

How to connect my Google Calendar or Outlook.com, Office 365 CALENDAR ?

How to connect my "Zoom account ?

Left Menu > Profile & Settings > Calendar & Video Integrations

How to connect my Microsoft Teams account ?

Left Menu > Profile & Settings > Calendar & Video Integrations

If you are using your company or school account, your Microsoft admin may need to approve your integration request.

How to add "Microsoft Teams" links to my meetings automatically?

After connecting your Teams account, you can now select Teams as the location in the meeting creation or availability setting section.

How to add "Zoom" links to my meetings automatically?

Left Menu > Profile & Settings > Calendar & Video Integrations

How to disconnect my ZOOM account ?
  • Click the right menu. ( on the top bar )
  • Go to the Integration Settings page.
  • Click on "Disconnect Zoom" button.
  • We delete your Zoom data from our servers if you disconnect your Zoom account.
How to UNINSTALL Mentornity from my ZOOM App Marketplace account ?
  • Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  • Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Mentornity app.
  • Click the Mentornity App
  • Click Uninstall

Scheduling

How to schedule meetings with mentees ?

Schedule a meeting directly :

  • You will see your mentees on the homepage.
  • Click on a mentee name to go to the mentee profile page.

Pick a date and time for a session.

Or Add Time Slots

  • Click on "My Availabilities" button on the left menu.
  • Mentees book meetings using your available time slots.
  • We are sending emails about your availabilities to your mentees.
Where are my time slots? How to edit them ?

How do time slots work ? (Notifications and scheduling)
  • Your mentees receive emails about your new time slots.
  • Mentees may book free time slots to schedule a meeting.
  • You will receive an email with a calendar invite if a mentee book a time slot.
  • You need to connect your Zoom account if you want to use Zoom integration with time slots.
How to access the meeting pages ?
  • You may find all your meetings on the homepage.
  • Click on a meeting card to reach out to the meeting page.
How are the meetings held ?
  • You can define the meeting method as a mentor.
  • You can use our Zoom, Google Meet or Teams integration.
  • You may also use our Jitsi Meet integration.
  • You don't need to create an account on Jitsi Meet.
  • We will provide the Jitsi Meet links for free.
  • Please contact your mentee before you create the meeting.
How to CANCEL a meeting ?
  • Go to the meeting page via the homepage.
  • For past meetings --> Didn't it take place?
  • For upcoming meetings --> Cancel
