Add your content to your program

Check the "Program settings" page, "Program Info" and "New User Onboarding" tabs.

Customize the user profiles

Go to the "Mentors" and "Mentees" pages to edit fields using the "Additional Info" button. User profiles are 100 % customizable!

Design the program structure

Go to the "Sessions" page to add session topics, forms and content.

Add some test users

Go to the "Mentors" and "Mentees" pages to add users.

Pair test mentors and test mentees

Go to the "Pairs" page to pair them.

Login as a mentor and mentee

Check the test mentor's email inbox to accept the user invitation.

Try the scheduling

Login as a mentee and schedule a meeting.

The last step :

Login as an admin again to check activities, sessions and reports to explore our tracking features.

Info :

Update your program cover and logo.

Activities :

Meetings :

List all meetings on the program without a filter.

Mentors :

Add, remove or sort mentors. Define additional info columns.

Mentees :

Add, remove or sort mentees. Define additional info columns.

Calendar :

List time slots of all mentors.

Sesssions :

Design your mentoring program structure

Pairs :

Pair mentors and mentees.

Announcements :

Send updates to mentors and mentees. You may also use announcements to provide a knowledgebase. Mentors and mentees will reach out to your announcements on their homepages. It's possible to send announcements to everyone by email notifications.

How to design the program structure ?

You can design your mentoring program structure using "Sessions" page.

  • Admins provide sessions ( meeting topics or titles. )
  • Mentors and mentees schedule meetings using your structure.
  • It's possible to add different meeting contents and forms for mentors and mentees.

🪐 How to use the SuperMatching Engine ?

You need to create additional info fields before you define your pairing rules.

e.g. Location, Hobbies, Skills, Department, Age, Needs ....

1- Go to the mentors page

2- Click on "Additional Info" button to create custom fields.

Please use single choice or multiple choice input if you collect data from mentors and mentees with the Mentornity onboarding steps.

3- Go to the mentees page and create same variables for mentees.

You need to create same input for mentors and mentees to match them using your data.Sample : If you want to match mentors and mentees by cityPlease add same options for mentors and mentees.

4- Go to the https://matching.mentornity.com to match mentors and mentees.

You can use your admin password to login.

Click on "Add new Rule" to create matching algorithm.

You can add more than one rule.

The SuperMatching Engine will pair mentors and mentees using any rule on the list.

It's possible to change pairing results.

What is the process for admins, mentors and mentees for this model ?

This is a structured and paired mentoring model

  • Admins pair mentors and mentees.
  • Only paired mentees and mentors can see each other.
  • Mentors and mentees need to schedule meetings using your pre-defined meeting topics (sessions)

Admins add sessions

  • It's possible to provide descriptions and meeting forms for sessions.

Mentors and mentees schedule meetings using the sessions

  • Mentors may also provide time slots and mentees book meetings.
How to track mentoring program as an admin ?

Reports Page

You may reach out to the analytics of your mentors and startups by total meeting, engagement and status.


Activities Page

Track live activities of your mentors and startups.

e.g. New time slots, meetings, cancellations, meeting notes ...


Feedback Page

Track meetings based on mentor/mentee responses.


On The Mentors And Mentees Page :

Sort users by last meeting and last login date.

So you can understand who are the most active mentors and entrepreneurs.


How to sort mentors?

  • Go to the mentors page
  • Click on "Hide Fields" button that located at the top-right.
  • Make "Last Meeting, Last Login and Last Availability" columns visible.
  • Sort mentors based on columns.
How to send invitations to users later ?

It's possible to add users to the platform without sending invitations.

You may send invitations later. ( Whenever you need it. )

You can resend the invitations to users look like "Not invited" or "Invited"

  • Select mentors or mentees using checkboxes.
  • "Send Invitation" button will appear on the top if you select a user.

Mentors and entrepreneurs receive emails if you invite them to the program.

What are the capabilities of admins ?

Tracking/Browsing Capabilities

Admins can track these activities of mentors and mentees :

  • Scheduled meetings of mentors and mentees.
  • Details of the profiles.
  • Meeting notes ( Private or Visible )
  • Responses of forms.

Admins can not see direct messages only.

All other activities are visible for admins.


Operation Capabilities

Admins can make these operations for mentors and mentees :

  • Editing profile images of *mentors that haven't accepted the invitation yet.
  • Adding/editing/blocking time slots of mentors.
  • Creating/editing/canceling meetings on behalf of mentors and mentees.
  • Creating/editing/deleting additional info of mentors and mentees.
  • Making the status of the mentors passive.

* Profile photo of the mentors who have accepted their invitation can only be updated by the mentors.

How to suspend mentors without deleting them ?
  • Go to mentors page via left menu.
  • Click on the pencil icon to switch the editing mode.
  • Change the status of the mentor make it passive.
